Robert Vaughn

Hastings resident Robert James Vaughn, 72, went to be with the Lord Monday, April 1, 2019, at Mary Lanning Healthcare, Hastings, NE.

Bobby’s wishes were to be cremated. There will be no services. Private family burial will be at a later date. There will be no viewing or visitation. A Memorial has been established to Hershey Youth Baseball League, 16875 N Birdwood Road, Hershey, NE 69143.

Robert was born February 7, 1947, in McCook, NE to Robert “Dale” & Viola (Domaleski) Vaughn. After he graduated from high school, he served in the U.S. Navy. Robert retired from Hastings Utilities. He enjoyed gardening, baseball, auto racing and spending time with his grandkids.

Robert was preceded in death by his father, Robert “Dale” Vaughn, and sister, Judy Downey.
